Lordien is a highly experienced Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach with more than 15 years in business change effectiveness. She has worked with Senior Leaders, Change Agents, People Leaders, Operational Managers, HR professionals and Organisational staff across Australia as well as abroad in Malaysia, India and New Zealand.
Her passion is developing potential and making change stick. Her belief is that within any system – be that an individual, the team or the organisation – something works. By shining a spotlight and highlighting those elements that work, systems emerge feeling whole, inspired and with greater clarity of purpose and the way forward.
